Short, because there is not much to agree to.
Ayn is an app about folk practice, herbs, candles, the moon and tarot. It is offered for interest, study and enjoyment. It is not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice, and nothing in it is a substitute for a doctor, a lawyer, or anybody else qualified to help you with a real problem.
Several workings involve open flame, hot water, herbs and household ingredients. Follow the cautions in the app, never leave a burning candle unattended, do not eat or drink anything the app tells you not to, and use your own judgement. You are responsible for what you do in your own home.
Ayn will not read on anybody's illness, anybody's pregnancy, or when somebody will die, and neither should you. If something is wrong with you or with somebody you love, see a doctor.
The beginner tarot course is a single one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, including their refund process, which is handled by Apple rather than by us. Restoring a previous purchase is free and available in the app.
What you write in your book is yours. It lives on your device and we have no copy of it and no access to it.
The writing, the artwork and the code in Ayn belong to its author. Use the app as much as you like; please do not copy the content out of it and publish it as your own.
Ayn is provided as it is. Nobody is guaranteeing that a working will do what you hoped.
